I need help with my hair that was overprocessed when getting highlights done with bleach. I know hair that is burned and broken off can't be helped but what do I do to regrow my hair? I know it takes time but how do I condition it and what should I do or eat to promote new hair growth? I have researched this over and over and need some answers please. Thanks

you should get it deep conditioned weekly.
i preffer you get a scalp treatment, your hair will get deep conditioned and you will get a great scalp massage which gets the blood flowing to the dome. plus, more blood flowing means hair grow! it stimulates the bulb! what i use every now and then for hair growth is a product called doogrow, its an oil that you rub in after you shower and it is designed to stimulate hair growth! hope i helped! good luck!

Your hair is made up of 23 amino acids which are protein.Foods high in protein will promote hair growth.Example eggs, peanuts, meat.Try a good protein treatment twice a week for the first month then go to once a week. The best treatment out there is Kpak by Joico. It has been nominated # 1 by stylists for years. When you use this treatment at home place a shower cap or bag over your hair for about 10 minutes then rinse product out.The heat will help the product go into the cuticle layer which will reconstruct the hair. Also think about getting a good cut.Hair that splits at the bottom will continue splitting up the hair strand thus hair breaks off and does not grow.

do a deep conditioning treatment, you can usually go in and get that done at a salon. then, after you shower, put in a leave in conditioner.

and try to stay away from straightners and blow dryers
