it is okay to use heated up water mixed with table salt to apply to this one nasty pimple on my cheek to dry it out?
i've never done it and i really want to try something new to clear up acne becasue everything i try just doesn't work, even proactive

it sounds good like it will work well i dont no where you stay at but if there is a dollar general store where you stay at they got this stuff called Clear zap zit it comes in a neon orange blue and whit box it really dries pimples up in mintues and it only cost a dollar

never heard of it. but why dont you try rubbing a piece of garlic over the pimple, but only if its unpopped/ not opened. the garlic cleans the bacteria and helps make it go away. then use some eyedrops on a cotton swab and rub it over the pimple to reduce the redness.

I don't know if it will dry it out, but if there is any open sore or break in the skin it is going to be a total sting-fest when the salt gets in it!

Never heard of it, but it sounds like it would work. Most facical solutions are composed of rock salt and water mixtures.
