I think ANYONE (boy or girl) should defend someone who is being laughed at. A decent person doesn't sit by and allow others to be cruel to someone.

Yes I think so. Maybe if more children and adults did, this would be a nicer world to live in. Kids and adults laugh and make fun of others because they don't think anyone will stand up to them. If you do defend her it may stop it from happening to someone else. Good luck!

With all of the harsh things in life these days, I think that boys and girls should stick up for each other. We all need friends. We all need help. What a wonderful world this would be if we all helped each other... and didn't tolerate any forms of abuse of anyone.

Not necessarily. Now if this boy is your friend and he doesn't agree with the opinion (and he cares about the girl), yes, he should.

If he wants to, go ahead, it makes hom look like a gentleman. However, his classmates will tease him. Pre-teens are immature like that.
