YES, all sincere prayers of all religious individuals do go to our One Universe Creator Father God Who IS JESUS.
Jesus is so great a God that He accepts worship and prayers from all humans who name God by about 10,000 or more different names.
The Islamic "Allah" and the Jewish "Eloah" are God, singular, and both came from the same earlier evolutionary.religions.
Abraham died a long time ago, and so we don't actually know what ideas he had about God. Jesus Christ states the great Truth: "Before Abraham was; I AM"
On the many names of God:
"Is a Rose, by any other name, less a Rose ?"
Of the three religions you mentioned, only Christians and Islamics are growing; Christians are about 2.4 billion humans here and Islamics (Muslims) are about 1.2 billion. The old Jewish religion is almost dead; with only about 12 million remaining or secular believers and very divided in their contending philosophies. More and more Christians are just "New Testament" or Jesus only believing Christians; and accept maybe only 1-3% of the far too old, "Old Testament."
We all believe in One God, but have thousands of different "sacred scriptures" or "sacred national flags" and other delusions to sort out. "Survival of the wise." is happening -- slowly evolving. The religionsists, with stronger faith in God, breed (procreate) faster, and train their beloved children better to evangelize in our loving Father God's Spirit of Truth Power everyone everywhere. So, in a few hundred years, or sooner, the whole world will have one true Religion !
Peace and progress,
Brother Dave, a Jesusonian Christian Truthist

Can we call this Lord God by a personal name in order that we may set him apart from all others who are called “gods”? Yes, we can. What personal name, then? Well, have you ever heard anyone sing or shout out the long word “Hal·le·lu′·jah”? That is a Hebrew word and it means “Praise Jah!” But who is this Jah that we are thus called upon to praise? Hebrew scholars tell us that this name Jah is a shortening of the full name Jehovah. Some scholars prefer to pronounce the name Jah′veh or Jah′weh, but today Jehovah is the most popular way of pronouncing the name. No man gave him this name. He named himself this way. By his invisible force by which he made the world he also caused a book to be written on earth by men who served and worshiped him. Because he moved these men by his unseen active force to write this book it is called holy or sacred. Some call it the Holy Scriptures, because it is made up of holy writings. Others call it the Holy Bible, because it is made up of many little books, sixty-six books being in most versions of the Holy Bible. The first thirty-nine books were written in the Hebrew language, and in those books the Almighty God tells us that his personal name is Jehovah—at least 6,823 times.
In the book of Isaiah, chapter forty-two, verse eight, the Almighty God says: “I am Jehovah, that is my name; and my glory will I not give to another, neither my praise unto graven images.” (AS) So now this only true and living God is no longer unknown to you by his personal name. He is Jehovah God.

They all worship the same God, the God of Ibrahim.
Mohammad (peace be upon him) was also a messenger of God, who never claimed to be God, the same way Jesus or Moses never claimed to be God, nor did they ever say worship me.
Muslims believe in the message of Jesus the massaya (peace be upon him) who said:
Matthew 4:10
"You shall worship the Lord, your God, and him only you shall serve"
Mark 12:29:
"the Lord our God, the lord is One"
Muslims believe in Islam (that means to surrender to God), and that was the same message given by Jesus and Moses, and all great prophets sent by God to human kinds.
Islam purifies earlier misconceptions and contradictions caused by human beings, changes made by human beings in the message of Jesus and Moses. Go to www.todayislam.com and you will know why some of the best educated priests discovered the truth.

according to the holy books, they supposed to. jews came before christian, christian came before islam. but, it doesn't mean that all religions have the same context of teachings.
however, many non-muslims have come to incorrectly believe that Allah is the ‘God of Muslims’ – A deity somehow different from the God of the other faiths. It should be emphasized that the term “Allah” has no implied meaning at all of an Arabian god, a Moon god or even a Muslim god. Muslims are not claiming any exclusiveness when they say "Allah".
However Allah is simply the Arabic Name of the one Almighty God; the same name by which Arabic-speaking Jews and Christians, refer to God. The Allah comes from the term ‘al-ilaah’. Al is the definite article in Arabic, equivalent to ‘the’ in English, while ilaah means ‘a deity or god’. So Allah means The God.
Islam teaches that God is Merciful, Loving and Compassionate and that He has no need to become man (nor do humans need for Him to). One of the unique aspects of Islam is that it teaches that man can have a personal and fulfilling relationship with Almighty God without compromising the transcendence of God. In Islam there is no ambiguity in Divinity, God is God and man is man. Muslims believe that God is the “Most Merciful”, and that he deals directly with human-beings without the need of any intermediary. Actually, the phrase “In the Name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful” is one of the most repeated verses in the Holy Qur’an.
Additionally, the pure and straightforward teachings of Islam demand that Almighty God be approached directly and without intermediaries. This is because Muslims believe that God is completely in control of everything and that He can bestow His Grace and Mercy on His creatures as He pleases - no Atonement, Incarnation or blood sacrifice is necessary. In summary, Islam calls people to submit to the One True God and to worship Him alone without any partners.

No, because Jesus said that He and the Father are one and He said in John 5:23; that ALL should honor the Son JUST AS they honor the Father. He who does not honor the Son does not honor the Father who sent Him.
The Jews do not honor the Son as they honor the Father because they do not accept Him as God. The Muslims do not know neither one. They have their own god. They do not honor our God at all. You cannot worship God if you do not know Him and we must worship Him according to His ways not our ways or it is not acceptable worship to Him.

No. Absolutely NOT.
For one example: when muhammed was inventing islam, he specifically denied and rejected the divine nature of Jesus, Son of the one true God. In so doing, most Christians would say that he therefore denied and rejected God Himself. Hence "allah" that is NOT God. In fact, most Christians would consider it blasphemy and extremely disrespectful to reduce Jesus Christ to "lesser prophet" behind the self-proclaimed and never-proved muhammed.
Christians believe that we worship the same God as the Jews. There is a marked difference between THESE two groups concerning the nature of Jesus, but Christians believe that the Jews are blinded to His nature by God (as stated in prophecy).

All this talk about "allah" meaning God...well that might be true, but I just don't see how we could all be worshipping the same God, Jesus is rejected as the Messiah by some of the others. You accept the Father, then accept the Son, cause He is of the Father.

Yes, but not if the believer trusts that their's is the one true God.
That's offensive to God, the one truth above all.
You cannot trust the love of one true God, if you do not trust that God loves your neighbor.
It has never been a matter of how you honor God, it has always been a matter of how you never dishonor God.
