Don't buy Junk! If you're spending as the add shows $129- place your money on Canon. I suggest the Canon PowerShot A570 IS if you go to about $160, very good features on that camera.
If not consider the Canon PowerShot A550 or A460.

Quick review.
GE makes washers and dryers and stoves and refrigerators and microwave ovens and dishwashers.
Canon, Olympus, Sigma, Nikon, Pentax, Sony all make cameras.
My suggestion is to choose from a camera company, not a company that buys from the low bidder and sticks their name on the item.
