I went ahead and got a device devoted to making Smoothies.
"Back To Basics" 400 Watt Smoothie Freeze about $20 usd at Wally World.
I have a freezer section devoted to plastic baggies full of frozen banana slices, fruit pieces, and in plastic ice trays I freeze cubes of coffee or OJ, Mango Juice, ..
Also keep two Low or No Fat Yogurts, one plain Vanilla, one Mango Flavored...
one of my favorites is a mocha java smoothie.. using left over, but still fresh tasting morning's coffee, with coffee ice cubes, and no fat vanilla yogurt, and a splash of low fat milk..
I poured in a tsp of vanilla extract, and a squirt of Hershey's Dark Chocolate Syrup, may have hit it with a half tsp Splenda too. Whirrr Whirrr Sip Sip... Delish!
(sometimes I add a splash of Kahlua or Amaretto or Creme de Cocoa or Tito's Vodka to this concoction)
Note: those frozen OJ ice cubes sure do taste good with ice cold straight from the Freezer Tito's Texas Vodka poured o'er them. Hubba! Hubba!

at my local mall they make smooties at this place called the juice bar
i had a smoothie made with orange juice
with strawberries and pineapple
all fresh fruits
it was the best thing ive ever tasted

Best one ever is from Small World Cafe in Napa, CA. It's strawberry-banana, but they use cran-raisin juice with it. It's incredible, and only $2.50 for a large. The flavors are incredible. I just had one yesterday in fact because I've been jonesing for one for a couple weeks.

A place in Danbury CT (in the mall) call Gloria Jean Cafe they have a smoothie called banana anna. its a mocha chiller with real pureed bananas in it.. Delicious...
Im not sure if Gloria Jean cafe is nationwide but definitely worth trying if you ever stop in one
