Of course a thank you card some flowers always good with the lady of the house and maybe something nice for there home like a crystal vase or some nice wine glasses or consider a piece of art nothing too expensive modest but nice. With art it is hard because you do not know there tastes
Crystal is a all around nice gift to give and vases well something she can put the flowers in TADA. One other gift I know that I like to receive is a big gift basket with like cheeses and crackers and some jellies and jams it is all good.
They gave you a bonus as a thankyou so giving them money back would look lazy and well lazy. Go shopping with your husband and pick out something together get your hubby to pick up a nice bottle of wine it is a party bring a nice beverage to share with everyone it is quite normal.
Really though consider going with something I mentioned and just have fun.
God Bless and Happy Holidays.

If I were you I would buy something from the following link. There is something for every budget starting from $25 to $500. And the receiver of the gift does not know the value of the gift. The percieved value is more than the actual value. and the receiver gets to choose from the 30 to 40 or more options.

I have tried and it actually works. My friend was very happy when she received one such album from me.

A nice Christmas Breakfast gift basket, with muffin mix, teas and coffees, maybe some scones and jam... so they'll not have to fix a breakfast on Christmas morning... a couple of coffee mugs.. etc... nothing expensive...

First, the bonus is yours and you shouldnt spent according to how much the company gave you. You worked for that money!
I love the idea of a xmas plant/flower. Or buy several small items, and mke a basket of goodies. if you buy things separately and assemble yourself it is MUCH cheaper!

your husband's bonus should have no bearing on the price of the gift; that's business. besides, the boss and the wife got their fair share already. a bonus is a way of saying, 'hey, thanks for making me a ton of money!'
you could buy them a nice picture frame, something special for their house, or something like that.

Send them out on a reservation for those two couples at a night out. A fancy restaurant, you know like Italians or something. This way they'll enjoy it, you paid for the dinner and you don't have to deal w/ them at your party. Maybe they can stay a while but they'll have to leave for the dinner you scheduled them. Hope it works!

Something for the home strikes me. What about having a big poinsettia plant delivered to their home as a thank you? It's not a lot, but a nice thank you and they don't have to spend time together for it if they don't get along so well.

Gift certificates always works. If you know where they shop, get one there. I would only give them $100. It will get them almost anything they want or need.
