language

Thinking of words ending in gry is used to distract from the real question.

It says "There are only three words in the English language." Then it asks "What is the third word?". The third word of "the English language" is language. And everyone uses language everyday.

For the same question a few months ago, I already gave the answer. The third word that ends with gry is Jangry, which is an Indian sweetmeat. You have to eat and know the taste for yourself. So, make sure, the third word is 'Jangry' from India. When it is a proper noun, it is the same in all the languages of the world, including English. As to how it entered English language, you should know that there are many Indian words in English and thus, this word too came to exist as one of the Indian English words.

It is a riddle and not using a reply. Only TWO phrases truthfully finish with -gry. Hungry. Angry. Usually the trick is to reply: Angry(one million) and(two) hungry(three). There are a couple of approaches to reply relying on who is looking. Another illustration will upload a phrase like 'power' that results in '-gry', simply now not in that order.

Please note that there are more than "only three words in the English language."

You've posed this riddle rather sloppily. There isn't a third word that ends in -GRY. The joke is that you have stated the third word is "what." but that isn't clear from what you've written in your question.
