Actually, it's a good thing that you have things you have to do. Sitting around gives you too much time to dwell on your sadness. I'm sorry to hear about your loss, and only time will help you feel better. Keeping busy can be a good thing...hugs :-)

Take a deep and long plunge in Lake School and Work. Activities related to such are a great deal to keep your mind from sorrow and sadness. Also take your time (a little) to cry you lost, go to the middle of nowhere scream as loud as you can, hit a pillow till you can stand on your feet anymore, let it all out sanely and safely. You'll be up and around in no time.
