Make a full-sized template of the archway. Lay out your tiles on it and mark them. You can overlap them while figuring it out before cutting to get an idea of how it looks. If you like it, cut one tile at a time and lay it on the template to assure proper marking and cutting of the next tile.

You might not have to cut all the tiles. You can start on each side of arch and stick the tiles to wall. You might want to make the spacing a little bigger at the top part of tile on the first few to get the curve going....then you will only need to cut the last (center tile) keystone tile. You can make a pattern with cardboard to insure you cut the last one just right. Make an arch on the floor first and see how it will look and how many tiles you might need.

Use spacers for a start, but are you talking "archway" like a barrel ceiling that is round? if so it is not the tile that is the challenge it is the under-layment. Tile has to be flat so your under layment must accommodate this to create the illusion that the tile is rounded. Really no adjustment to your tile saw is needed.
