are there any reliable websites that offer instant credit checks (UK) where i dont have to enter my bank acount details and/ or pay a fee.

Experian only charge £2 for a 'one-off' search ..

If you 'sign up' to their monthly 'subscription' service you can get your first search free (but you MUST remember to cancel within the free period or they WILL start charging you EVERY month).


NB> I can see your reluctance to enter bank details on an unknown web site = so perhaps it's a good idea to stick to the 'main' Credit Reference Agencies sites ?

shouldnt think so. Firstly this is the UK service industry that charges for everything and secondly though data protection they have to identify you by some method, so even if you give other information they need to tie you down financially to give credit info
