I hope I'm guessing right, but I think you are wondering why God made a creation capable of evil. Satan, according to tradition, was created good but turned against God, and tempts others to do so.
The reason for this is that only a being with free will can love. With free will there is always the risk that love will not be the choice made. Apparently God decided that the creature's ability to love was worth the risk of evil.

I thought the video was funny.
There's a heck of a lot of things in Christianity that don't make sense. There's a lot of things that don't make sense in every religion. But people believe because they want to, ignore the parts that don't make sense, and feed upon the parts that don't make sense about other religions and theories. But don't worry. Rational thought will kill all gods in its own good time, with or without people whining.
And what the heck's an Agnostic Atheist? If you're going to have a belief, at least commit to something.
Bottom line: it's just a silly video, and there's no reason to get butthurt over it.

First I have no facts.
There are more books from the ancient world then are in the bible. One of these talks of Satan (an angel) whom god sends to earth to test the faith of man and return and report.
Satan if real is doing god's work by temping man. The rest of the stories are just nonsense building on this concept.

In ancient Jewish tradition Satan is simply an angel doing the work that God assigned to Satan to do.
The word Satan means challenger. With the idea of Satan challenging us, or tempting if you will. This description sees Satan as the angel who is the embodiment of man's challenges. This idea of Satan works closely with God as an integral part of Gods plan for us. His job is to make choosing good over evil enough of a challenge so that it becomes clear to us that there can be only one meaningful or logical choice.
Contrast this to Christianity, which sees Satan as God's opponent. In Jewish thought, the idea that there exists anything capable of setting itself up as God's opponent would be considered polytheistic or setting up the devil to be an equally powerful polarity to god or a demigod.
Oddly, proof for The Christian satan/devil mythology is supposedly found in the ancient Jewish texts that were borrowed to create the bible. One can’t help but wonder how Christians came up with such a fantastically different interpretation of Gods assistant Satan in their theology.
Other hints about Satan’s role in human relations can be seen if you look at the name Lucifer. It’s meaning in the original tongue translates as Light bearer or light bringer. Essentially the bringer of enlightenment. The temptations of the Satan idea bring all of us eventually into Gods light. Hardly the Evil entity of Christian mythology.

This video just like most are made for shock value, and or to rile those that they can
God does exist and so does satan. Satan was God's right hand man at one time, but satan wanted God athority, thus he fell and many angels went with him.
Why is he still here, Many have been perplexed because sin and its author, Satan, still exist. Some even charge God with the responsibility for it since He permitted sin. God is good, merciful, and all-powerful but He is also love. Each created being was endowed with freedom of choice. God wants people to serve Him because they choose to do so and not because they cannot do otherwise.

God didn't create Lucifer as an evil one. God gave the freedom of choice. Lucifer chose to become sinful. He is a fallen angel.
The devil is the leader of fallen angels, refer to: (John 12:31, Matthew 12:26; 25:41; Revelation 12:9). In 2Corinthians 4:4 the devil is called "the god of this world." He is the king or the prince of the evil world that we live in today. He is the former archangel cherub.
Isaiah 14:12-14 says "How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground which didst weaken the nations! For thou hast said in thine heart, 'I will ascend into heaven. I will exalt my throne above the stars of God. I will ascend above the heights of the clouds. I will be like the most High."
So, God did not 'CREATE' a devil so to speak. He created a perfect angel. Satan started thinking he was all that and could run things..even God..so he was kicked out...This is the beginning that our "Freewill" is based on. In order to choose good/God you must have another choice to turn down bad/Lucifer.

This will take a little imagination but will be very rewarding if you play my silly game.
First of all establish a definition for "good" and "evil". Then once you have that, then try to explain evil to someone who has no understanding of it.
This result was a huge revelation for me when I was a Pagan.

Only if you follow the Judeo-Christian traditions, and depending on which one you follow will affect who/what Satan is.
To us Wiccans, no, Satan does not exist.

Your not much of an agnostic/atheist if you are wasting your time on this.
I thought it was funny and clever, and had nothing to do with "getting the goats" (no pun intended) of evangelical Christians, anything can do that.
