Santa is a bad imitation of our all knowing and wise Father/Mother GOD, but he is more user friendly, like the "Stay Fresh Dough Boy" in GHOST BUSTERS.

I think that is why RC's choose to pray to people like Mary instead of ("before") God.

It is not the Shaddow who "Knows what evil lurks in the heartss of men".

It is not Santa who "Knows if you've been bad or good".

GOD is a bit like the elephant in the room no one will talk about. Unbelievers CHOOSE not to see that this universe is God's calling card.

Be good,
Michael

God is not female, nor is He like an elephant. God is God and we are not God at all. But we can become Christlike once born again.
Santa isnt an imitation of a god. ITs just a myth the wicked pagans started long ago. But there is only one God, cant even call those false ones claiming to be god, as imitators. as noone can imitate God.
But God does know our heart and we cant fool God.
PPl will pray to many they call as God, even to ppl like Mary, and other saints, but it doesnt matter. they cant hear or answer prayer. They are mere ppl. God says only to pray to Him thru JEsus Christ, and there you go, if we would all only hear the words of God in scirpture and do them. THere would be much less confusion in this world.
There are many that dont believe in God that will discuss Him, only to put Him down and deny His existence. But it doesnt matter, whether they know and beieve or not changes nothing, except that they continue on the same path to hell, if they believe . But, all of this world God created that is good, is testimony of His existence. PPL can embrace it and run to God, or deny it and run further from Him. It all changes nothing. God is God, we are not, and each one of us will be held accountible for the choices we make, for or against God, with the full teachings of Jesus christ. Thats the only pure undefiled religion as God describes it.
All else are false. God doesnt have to prove Himself and those of us who Know HIm dont have a thing to prove either.
One day all will know God is God and call Him as such.
But for many it will come to late, as one must choose for Jesus before they die or He comes again to take us home.
thats all choice. But noone can blame God for where they end up. He only gives us what our heart craves for.
Santa is not user friendly, but many think he is. santa will take you to your downfall, as he is doing what the devil say says to do, to take away from God and His truths.
You can worship God or Santa. only one leads to salvation, the other leads to hell, but it surely is all choice.
Make yours wisely all you who read, and for thoe who thin k we make a big fuss about Santa, do know that one day you will all know too, just pray its in time. For you all we pray....
God bless you.

The dead don't finish the human race at all.
They get endead between day 6 & 7: Gen 2:1.
Maybe that is why the dead sea is vanishing.
We've been in limbo since Israeli law began again;
and they've made the Jordan into a sewer canal.

Let's get on with the seventh day, where God:
ended blessed and sanctified, and then rested;
the seventh day that has no evening & mourning.

Grace --> Mercy --> Peace with you all. Amen.

Actually, I have no hope to live forever. I'd much rather die.

Heaven would get rather boring with its lack of variety and evil to spice things up. There wouldn't be anything to work hard towards or improve, no people to help, etc. Not to mention that all the "good" would quickly (and literally) lose meaning without the evil to go with it. Same with Hell: a continuous application of pain would quickly mean nothing.

Seeing future eras and accomplishments would be interesting. Having eternity to dwell on mistakes I've made, seeing humanity repeat those mistakes endlessly, etc.: would not be so interesting.

I'll be happy enough to live a good life, pass on some good tidbits to future generations, and see my future children and grandchildren grow and continue life for me.

No Time for Spiritual Things
How little time indeed has man for any spiritual happening, although he himself, his real ego, his spirit, is a part of this happening, simply through the very fact that he originates in the Spiritual Realm. There is his paradisial home, which he has left in the urge and longing to become conscious.
Here, on earth a man who immigrates to another country does not forget his homeland. He at least thinks back to it now and then and might even be overcome by homesickness for the land of his earthly origin.
Yet he no longer knows anything of his spiritual home, which lies far above in Paradise. Not even a divining of it arises within him. And yet the spirit, filled with repressed longing, is always waiting for the dark walls built around it by human guilt to be torn down, so that it might direct its gaze towards the Light.
Man always has time enough for earthly things and earthly customs. However there is no time to spare for spiritual investigating and seeking, even though it is actually so essential for his ascent out of this world of perishable matter, a place only intended temporarily as a place of learning, of investigating and development. Man should indeed produce earthly goods and enjoy them with pleasure, but he must not place the acquisition of earthly possessions above spiritual gain, which alone mediates eternal values to him.
Only these values, which he is able to acquire through genuine inner experiencing, give him strong support in the beyond, firm confidence, and genuine trust in God. But the earthly values, which he has acquired with the help of his intellect, remain behind after death and pass away like the brain, which produces the intellect.
It is just the intellect that so often stifles the rising longing of the spirit, pushing aside fruitful recognitions and experiences, declaring that it has no time for them. May the human being in the pressure of earthly activity swing himself upwards more and more to devote sufficient time to the spiritual. It will bring the spirit multiple gain, here as well as over there in the beyond, which no earthly wealth however great can outweigh. No matter whether the search for the spiritual relates for example to the question of the origin of the human spirit, its task in Creation, life after death, the spiritual power by which it lives and exists, or whether it concerns its free will, its responsibility, its fate and its repeated earth-lives.
No time for spiritual things! This can only be a lazy excuse of the intellect, because by its nature it is in no position whatever to grasp spiritual things. Its field is the earthly.
The spirit, however, which is eternal, does not know this excuse. It always has time for spiritual things, as soon as and as long as it goes on striving to keep awake its longing for the Luminous Heights!

I wish there was a god.

With that being said, why would I attempt to ignore him?

I don't believe he exists, whether I wish he did or not.

I also don't believe Santa exists, but Christmas would be far more interesting if he did.

There is no way I can believe god exists, any more than you can believe Santa exists. And I'm just being honest here.

The reason why I can't believe god exists, is because you don't know as much about your religion as I do. If you did, you wouldn't believe in your god, either.

thats just silly. i hope they find he doesnt exist. it will make the world more peaceful without all the wars.
as far as a santa goes...a lie that you tell children and then say later... hes fake... but... god... isnt fake... i know i cant prove or show you him either... but hes real.
you dont see how confusing that is ?
but its your holiday... have at it i say.
but we will all finish the race dead. we will all go to the same play... the ground. what happens after that...we will all find out what the truth is. until then... i will live my life the best i can and not worry about something that i cannot control.
i will worry about what is in the here and now

properly, this is the extra advantageous interpretation: it fairly is declared, that sins are the creations of the devil, whom the devil became initially a Angel, often happening as Lucifer, he desperate he needed an identical power that God possessed, and he led a insurrection alongside with some different Angels, although no often happening variety is declared. He became banished from Heaven and positioned into Hell, the place he's trapped. yet sufficient of my rambling to respond to your question as we talk. in short, God despises sin because of the fact that's the introduction of the devil and evil, it fairly is declared that God loves us all dearly, yet no one can enter Heaven without being "reborn" because of the fact the term is going, because of the fact newborns have not dedicated sin, and are for this reason clean to flow into Heaven. the factor that God desires for us to accomplish that we are able to stay interior the wonderful area often happening as Heaven, is to settle for Jesus as our savior, because of the fact he died on the go for all of our sins, and to settle for him into your heart. All who do not try this, will ought to go through an eternity in Hell, even though it fairly is something that God would not prefer to do.

Um... what?

I'm not sure how to take you seriously if you are telling us how the Stay Fresh Dough Boy in Ghostbusters or Santa Claus is a reiteration of god.

I think you only need to concern yourself with your own beliefs and leave other people alone.

I don't believe in Santa either Michael.

Shocking I know.

Have you thought what eternal life would really be like? Why are you chasing it?

Eternity would render accomplishment and life meaningless. There are only so many times, you can see Mars up close or replay scenes from past earth before you would grow tired of it. Hymns and praise songs can only be sung so many times until they grow tired and old.

Eternity is a terrible outcome, whether it is spent praising God or being tortured by him.

You attempted to make "points" that clearly have nothing to do with your initial question. NO unbelievers do not HOPE the bible. is true, why would they? I would say that believer are the ones who HOPE the bible is true and that god exists. Clarity is very important.
