No, you don't want opinions you want facts.
Let's go to the lowest possible answer.
Would you not be guilty as all hell before God when you die and go to your judgment (bear with me,pretend this is true or might be true) and you have to admit that you didn't have the facts and that you gave up looking , that you had something better to do than resolve the question of God.
As for 'nothing in the Bible ever happened'...many, many atheists will admit that much of it happened. And you still need an explanation for how Christianity's enemies were not able to refute the Resurrection, that so many young martyrs went cheerfully to death, etc.
I will hazard a guess here: You are a little worried because you don't have confidence in your position. Else why all this agitation. I don't worry the least bit about whether the Moon is made of cheese.

I believe in God. If you look around you you see creation, I mean plants and animals, (not technology) doesn't that just prove something. The reason for global warming is because what we did to the world, not what God did. If God stopped all the bad things in the world from happening then there would be no heaven and everyone would not have free will. And if God gave too much information about the universe away then there would be only one religion with no faith just facts.
in my opinion I think that religion should always be a mystery because without mystery there is nothing to look forward to.

If you examine the universe, the solar system, the earth and life on earth it becomes obvious that whatever being or force created all this or caused all this to be created is something way beyond out limited minds to comprehend so people who say god thinks this or god wants that are clearly talking nonsense because nobody on this earth who lives or has ever lived can possibly know what god wants or thinks. Of course when the bible was written men could not examine the universe or atoms not did they know how animals functioned so it was simple for the leaders to convince their followers that they knew what god wanted but in this day and age people should start to rethink their spiritual beliefs

Superstition is a very strong force . Screwy beliefs that started thousands of years ago are still followed by many people . Very many are afraid of black cats crossing their path . Broken mirrors bring bad luck . People putting spells on others , being possessed by spirits and demons , faith healing , and a thousand more stupid beliefs .
Religious superstition is even stronger with the weak-minded . The promise of living forever is too hard for them to pass up , even if intelligence and common sense tells us all that it's impossible .
You're wrong when you say that nothing in the bible ever happened . There are a great many facts mixed in with hear-say , inaccuracies , any ancient superstitions
Even Mein Kampf and Das Kapital has many truths in order to get the reader's confidence , before getting hit with the many lies .

This is more easily understandable if one considers the actual scale of the components of an atom. If one takes into account the fact that the neutrons, protons and electrons of an atom actually have huge spaces between them it becomes clear that the atoms that make up seemingly solid objects are made up of 99+ percent empty space.
This alone does not seem too important till you add the idea that the atoms that make up seemingly solid objects are more of a loose conglomeration that share a similar attraction but never really touch each other.
At first glance this does not really seem relevant, but closer analysis reveals that this adds a tremendous amount of empty space to solid objects that are already made up of atoms that are 99 percent space. When so-called solid objects are seen in this light it becomes apparent that they can in no way be the seemingly solid objects they appear to be.
We ourselves are not exceptions to this phenomenon.
These seemingly solid objects are more like ghostly images that we interpret as solid objects based on our perceptual conclusions.
From this we must conclude that Perception is some sort of a trick that helps us to take these ghostly images and turn them into a world we can associate and interact with. This clever device seems to be a creation of our intellect that enables us to interact with each other in what appears to be a three dimensional reality.
I hope that helps to answered your question.
Love and blessings Don

I guess this is where FAITH (trust in what is not seen) comes in. I believe there is a God. Science has a way of explaining many things, yet one question remains out there....Where did we come from....Man, animals, vegetation, everything living. The true beginning? God is the answer. The bible was written so long ago by men that we can't even imagine, yet, their predictions are coming to pass on a daily basis. Yes, I definitely believe......

God supposedly made this huge universe which is still not "Finished" over billions of years then he spent a few centuries at the eastern end of the Mediterranean and no-where else?
Even for someone who moves in mysterious ways his wonders to perform this is obviously bulls***.

u have an opinion, just like the rest of us. technolgy improves every decade but it takes a human t put technolgy into practise, and created us t learn, and over years we have improved our skills no end. not believing god t me anyway, means u cant believe in our land, you cant believe that we actually exsist, our bodys our insides, could not be created in the way they by no 1 else but a very great figure, that being god.

I would rather spend my life believing in God and then finding out that he doesn't exist than spending my life not believing in him and then finding out that he does exist.
