Obaidullah: sorry if my question seemed like i am showing off, which i don't!
I only fast for the sake of Allah (SWT) and for the hasanath-s! Perhaps if i propagate fasting, someone will try it out too (i have seen examples!!), so this is the big deal

Umm Ali: you can not fast two fasts even if you have niyyam (intention) to do so! You have to fast them separetely! So if you want to fast this 9 days, you have to fast them with this niyyam and then fast the remaining days of your last Ramadan fast after that!

Asalam Alaikum
MashaAllah sis may Allah reward you and except your fast.
I was not able to fast do to things out of my hands. But I should be able to fast Monday and Tuesday. But I still owe 15 days of Ramadan so my niyah will have to be for Ramadan. InshaAllah I will be able to fast these days next year.

Yes I'm fasting (not right now, it's 11pm here now). What's the big deal? Are you fasting for Allah or to tell the whole world through internet?

Holy Prophet (s) saying,
"To remove mutual enmity, ill-feeling and hatred is better than recommended prayers and fasting".
