Recently, 24 6 oz cans of Solid white Albacore in Water came into my possession. Now, I'm one of those odd people who can eat it right out of the can with no problem. But, that gets old after a while. Other then adding Mayo, what ideas can you guys give me to "spice up" the tuna with?

I take a couple of cans of tuna> drain > add crushed crackers, one egg, and salt and pepper. Roll some of the mixture and then flaten into a patty> cook in a skillet with a little olive oil on both sides until brown
It is very good and then there is also tuna casserole etc....
