Maybe if God hadn't crammed Creation into six days so he could loaf on the seventh he wouldn't have done such a botch job in the first place.

Then there would have been no need for a global flood, nuking cities, killing first borns and finally for God to take human form and fake his own death like an insurance fraudster to try to set things right.

If I fall asleep at church noone minds, and it's cos they're comfy seats not pews. But I'd rather avoid it when I could be learning something amazing. I guess if you were gonna fall asleep why come like evryone has been saying. I go cos I'm never really sure if I'm going to or not and it depends on how good a preacher we have and how relevant the preach is. Even when this great preacher was talking about parenting, I couldn't really relate, being only 19! So thought it best to read my bible a bit and doze off. you can always download it later! People in the church will judge you but God will never love you any more or any less no matter what you do. Even falling asleep at church. :p

If it is Sunday when you go to church it is the first day not the seventh day. If you go to church during 6 pm Friday to 6 pm Saturday I guess it is okay that is the seventh day.

Is God not important enough to you to keep awake?
I get a little drowsy but I never fall asleep. But I have a reason I can't understand the priest and what he's saying. He needs to prunicate.

I see no reason not to fall asleep in church. But, then, this is not the Sabbath. If you read the Bible, and count the evenings and days--------Sabbath is from Friday night to Saturday night. That day, you should not fall asleep in services.

Because you might fall out of a window, and Paul will be forced to raise you from the dead.......

Again

I used to make a point of falling asleep in the second row, while in Christian academy. If the preacher couldn't make the sermon pertinent to my life, I figured rest was more valuable.

If God didn't want us to fall asleep in Church, he wouldn't have made the sermon so boring.
