A molded case circuit breaker can have a continuous or frame rating of up to 3000 amperes. Its instantaneous rating may mb as as high as 200 kilo- amperes.Small molded case circuit breakers are commonly available at 5 amperes.

It depends weather you are talking about AIC (Amps interrupting capacity ) or amper frame. Aic raitings can be very high like 65,000 amps. Thats the amount of available amps at a dead shorted circuit. The amper frame is just the maximum amps the particular frame is rated at and is usually much lower 20-2000 typically.
Hope this helps.

If it helps, I have seen molded case C.B.s
of up to 3000A. Frame, (~40 KA. I. C.@ 480V.).
M.C.Miniatures, from 10-200A. Trips. (120/208 V.).

With air breakers, at what voltage?
(I've seen some small trips in higher voltages.)
