Depends... For most people I simply respond "Merry Christmas" and really hope they enjoy the holiday as I hope to - with family and friends and a time of peace.
For smart-a** Christians who think they're being clever trying to upset the poor Animist by saying it, I return with "Happy Saturnalia, you holiday stealing punk."
