According to Jack Van Impe I heard that they are going to start doing this May 12 next year so its here sooner then I thought & they will make it mandatory, because of the rising crime(Satan loves crime) its so close I need to testify Jesus Christ to the masses before its too late that's why I am here. WAKE UP PEOPLE!!!

Digital Angel was one of the major companies that came to market this technology early in the 1990s, but the response from the public was pretty much negative. Then they branched off into other subsidiaries (which I can't recall off-hand) and began marketing the chips solely for the use of tagging and identifying domestic pets, which earned the RFID Verichip lots of positive publicity. Then, around the turn of the millenium their PR campaign stepped it up a notch and suggested its application would be useful in preventing child abduction cases by keeping track of children with embedded radio-frequency chips. Alot of legislation is being brewed right now in preparation for an National ID system, irrespective of Drivers Licenses or Social Security numbers. They want it to be a total National ID in the name of national (Homeland) security because of potential terrorist threats disloyal to America. But the truth is that its utilization is intended to simply control the masses in a totalitarian grid-system. Back in the 70s and 80s, some military and local government personnel were considering the use of laser-imprinted barcodes on the back of people's heads, specifically for marking prison inmates but which could be then issued to the public at large. Whether they insist that some "mark" be placed on the right hand or forehead remains to be seen, but its application in society is definitely something to be wary of. America is becoming more dictatorial by the day. Stay vigilant and be prepared.

FDA Clears VeriChip⢠For Medical Applications in the United States
Applied Digital and Digital Angel Corporation have announced that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) have cleared VeriChipâ¢, the world's first implantable radio frequency identification (RFID) microchip for human medical uses in the United States. The FDA clearance follows the completion of a de novo application review.
Last year, the Attorney General of Mexico and some of his staff were "Chipped". More than 100 people in the office of the Attorney General of Mexico have been implanted with the VeriChip that allows them access to secure areas. Attorney General Rafael Macedo de la Concha and his staff have received the implants for security reasons.
About the size of a grain of rice, VeriChip is a revolutionary use of a technology that is widely used in animals but not in humans. It is a subdermal, radio frequency identification microchip that can be used in a variety of security, financial, emergency identification, and other applications.

its very likely however I do not believe it is yet the mark of the beast but is a precursor. Its coming and the path is being made straight for it. However I believe it will take a bit more to make it the mark of the beast.

I doubt there will be such a "literal" fulfillment. Salvation is a marriage contract. If you have not taken YHVH's name (with power, not in vain) and followed His rules, then you are already lost, "mark of the beast" or no.

The mark of the beast is exactly that - a mark. It is not a chip of some kind. If you're willing to interpret 'the mark' figuratively, then why not take the next step and realize all of Revelation is figurative?
