My favourite "cure" for a troubled tummy is ginger tea and gatorade.
Since she hasn't been eating much, Gatorade or Powerade will give her the electrolytes, sugar and sodium her body still needs.
For the ginger tea - buy fresh ginger and slice it thin. In a pot place about 10 slices of ginger and two to three cups of boiling water. let sit for 3 to 5 minutes. You can add a bit of honey or natural/raw sugar.
Toast and rice are good choices for upset stomach - but if she still feels sick in a day or two you should really seek a doctor.
Avoid creamy liquids (drinks, soups, meals with cheese).
A visit to the doctor may be in order if she also has other symptoms besides the stomach, like fever, sleepiness, pain, trouble remembering or finding words...
Get well soon!

It depends on what is causing the upset stomach. IF it was from too much to drink, just rice, clear broths. Nothing acid, like tomato juices, or vegetables. No fruits either. Sometimes club soda is helpful. Dry crackers. Nothing greasy. If the pain persists I would see a doctor, it could be reflux. Tums should help in any case.

Suck on a mint....seriously. Soothes the stomach, and then gives her fresh breath after she throws up. Helped a lot when I was pregnant. And even if she isn't hungry, she needs to keep a little something in her stomache. That will help the most. Toast or crackers is what everyone always recommends. Chicken broth would be all right too....or for that matter, a milk shake (i recommend vanilla, something not too sweet and flavored).

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.
Get started today!

Try crackers (I like mine with peanut butter but it might be a bit heavy for some), chicken noodle soup or broth, toast and dry cereal. Tea or water. Skip the fruit juice since it can upset your stomach.

water is best, but chicken soup is good too. Juice may be a little harsh on her stomach since it's probably still irritated from the vomiting.
Bland foods (those without a lot of spice or fat) would be best if she can tolerate them. Dairy products are a no-no too as they can sour on the stomach and cause more vomiting.

Crackers and soda or gingerale helps.
Drink lots of water and drink Electrlytes, like Pedialyte, to replace salts and minerals she is losing by not eating.
