Without the disk, you can't. Programs can not be transfered from computer to computer.
You could set up a VPN and connect to your office desktop's network. Then you could work on your office computer from your home computer.

First of all, Microsoft is a corporation, not a software product, so I'm assuming you mean Microsoft Office 2007.
If you have the installation disc for Office, pop that sucker into the other machine and follow the installation instructions. If not — and I hope you haven't been saving into the newer version of Office's file formats (where everything ends in .***x) that nothing else has support for yet — I recommend you check out OpenOffice.org, which is a free equivalent to Microsoft Office which is pretty similar in functionality.

Generally you can not use the same license to install MS Office from your work computer to your home computer. If your company negotiated a special arrangement, your IT staff should be able to assist. They may even ask that you bring your PC in for them to install without revealing the CD key to you.
As another response indicated, have your IT department consider setting up a VPN so you can access your PC (Remote Desktop) remotely.
You may also want to check with your employer about their policies on working with documents at home. Some may have restrictions on where company proprietary documents can be used.

Maybe your office has a license for certain amount of machines. If so I am pretty sure your allowed enter your company product code after you have downloaded the free trial version on your Home/office computer. It is worth asking anyway. Good luck.

Can't be done. If the Work PC belongs to you and the software is licensed in your name, perhaps Microsoft can help you, but if it is licensed to your employers, no way, that would be pirating in any case and its not possible.

You will need the cd software to to install again. Most activation codes are located inside the software package and if you don't have the activation code you want be able to install. (It work just like any other software programs) Good Luck

This isn't allowed anyway unless you have two licences. Ask your boss/IT department about it, you may be able to get it cheap or even free from them.
