Look up Pregnant or Pregnancy on DreamMoods.com...I look up my dreams every morning and that site always helps me understand what is going on in my subconcious.
Its not like voodoo or premonitions...interpretating your dreams helps you understand what's really bothering you...things that you just don't even give a second thought to during your day that come alive when you fall asleep.

when a person goes to sleep their subconscious is still active. The subconscious picks up things we see, do, hear, etc. during the day. It's even working when we think it's not, so we pick up every little detail...and then when we go to sleep all those details plus what we're worried about get mishmashed together. Most times they don't come out sensible as they are bits and pieces mixed together which sometimes give strange results. Did you know that you can control your dreams. Why not change the dream to include that you are pregnant but that your loving husband is with you holding your hand, and that you are in your home together and are happy together, and then just relax. The purpose is to make yourself feel happy. Maybe you're dreaming that because your friends are pregnant, maybe because you keep seeing an ad on tv or even some billboard you pass on your way to work while you sit in traffic...could be anything, could be any reason. If you concentrate on the reason you'll worry yourself into frustration.

As for all of the symbolic messages some claim dreams to have, I'm not so sure.
However, I think a recurring dream can suggest something is on your mind or is worrying you (even something that is not completely at the surface of your conscious thought process). It may not always manifest itself as it would in your conscious thought process, either. Worrying about your grades may cause you to dream about struggling with school, or it may cause you to dream about being in a house that is on fire - sometimes there seems to be no correlation.
Also, if a dream is very vivid or the subject matter is notable, you will be more likely to dream about it again, because you are thinking about it.
I believe this may be the case for you. It has gotten you thinking about it, and as dreams often reflect our conscious memories and thoughts, these thoughts about pregnancy are continually surfacing in your dreams.

People constantly try to attach meaning to dreams. I've heard people try to say dreaming of a cat signifies happiness and then someone said cats mean death. So which is it, happiness or death, or is it a happy death? The point is, a dream is nothing more than a sequence of thoughts you have while you sleep that in some way, shape or form, relate to your life. So if one day I ate tacos, I might dream about tacos. If one day I was wishing I could get a supermodel, then I might be on the red carpet with Heidi Klum. Pretty much the only thing they represent are occurances in our daily lives, even though sometimes they seem a bit ridiculous.

Dreaming about being pregnant often signals the beginning of a new phase in your life, or a new level of maturity, or a project. That you notice the new life growing in your dreams, is a positive sign of growth for you. Think over your life, and see if you can find something that began for you when the dreams started, it could be a new job, a new relationship, starting school, marriage, or it could be you want to start a new project that could lead you in a direction of growth, writing a book, an art project, starting a non-profit, putting on a show, any number of things it could be, and if you are excited about the project, and noting progress as you move on with the project, it may be reflected in your dreams as the growth of your abdomen....
Edit: After saying all that, I took a moment to look over your q and a's to see if I could find any clues, and notice that in the last couple of weeks, you have been posting on problems that you have been having with birth control, and also posted a comment that you are ready for a baby, but your husband is not, which is why you are on the pill. It is possible that this dream is a reflection of a desire to have a baby, but you can't play that out in real life at the moment, as it would cause problems between you and you husband, but you may play it out in your dreams. It could be a reflection of anxiety over the issues you have been having with the pills, and concern over finding one that is reliable, but won't make you feel ill. It could still be related to starting a project as well, though, if you desire to have a baby, and your husband isn't ready yet, a project would help you put your creative energy into something positive in the meantime...A dream is a story you tell yourself, about yourself. It is written in a shorthand composed of symbols, which are there to convey an entire concept in a short space of time. Sometimes dreams speak in puns, and a common dream pun is a baby associated with a project, as in the phrase "it's your baby". One thing you should note in the future, is your attitude toward being pregnant in the dream, whether you are happy about it or not, and also if there are others in the dream, what thier attitudes are as well. Also, if there are other symbols in the dreams, you should note them as well, as the more info you can provide about the different symbols, and how they interact with each other will offer you a fuller interpretation. If you are happy about it in your dream, would be a big difference in interpretation from if you are unhappy about it in your dream. The way your description reads, it sounds more like you are just kind of observing this pregnancy in your dreams, and that's fine too, sometimes we just look at things in our dreams as observers, as opposed to participants....good luck....

dreams are manifested unconscious thoughts that come out while you are sleeping. Maybe you are concerned that you will become pregnant. If you have a bump growning? Does that mean you look pregnant? You could have pseudocyisis, which is a psychological condition where someone makes themself think they are pregnant to the point of actually having physical symptoms. Take a pregnancy test just to make yourself feel better and be very careful, use protection!

Dreams are our subconscious communicating with us, they have their own language too so when you dream you're pregnant its not that you actually are or could be but more like what pregnancy represents... There are ppl who study dreams perhaps you should consult a dream book or an expert if it concerns you so much.
I'm no expert in this area but I think pregnancy represents new growth in your life, or a new beginning

I believe that you are just feeling the bump because you are thinking a lot about pregnancy and all that. With the same reason you are having the same dream.
Dreams might mean something but most of the time we dream about things that we think a lot about.

It could! Sometimes dreams are a sign of deshavo ( sorry for miss spelling) And when you have deshavo you are on the right path. Somethimes it means that you are having mixed emotions about something and sometimes you just have weird dreams!

Yes, Dreams definitely mean something and each dream as an interpretations... But sometimes its just symbolic.. It doesn't always mean that exactly what you dream is going to happen... Do you go to church? I'm sure there is someone at your church that can interpret your dream for you...
