I've tried so many different home remedies and now I turn to you for some more professional assistance.
It started when my brother thought he would be cool and give me a Dirty Sanchez. Even after I got rid of the horrible smell I was still plagued with this bad itching feeling inside my nose and my upper lungs. Do you think I inhaled his poop?

fecal matter is slowly setting up a colony inside your nose. if it continues to grow, unhindered, within 6-8 months you can expect to quite literally have sh*t for brains.

Ewww sorry to hear that one, but it is really funny. I don't think Shampoo is all that harmful but read the label to be sure. Could try snorting water through your nose and spitting it out your mouth over and over again. It sounds worse than it is, trust me snorting water doesn't hurt that much. I do it occasionally to flush my nostrils especially after a night out drinking and smoking with buddies. Helps clear the nasal passages after too many cigarettes. One good reason why you should never smoke by the way. READ THE SHAMPOO LABEL FIRST THOUGH

you likely have an infectious process, at the very least an allergic or inflammatory response to your silly brother's actions. See a doctor for treatment, give the bill to your brother.
