Ring up mothercare and say you haven't received them.
We recently had some post go missing that someone else (presumably a neighbour) had signed for.
They will re-deliver your item and claim the insurance from the delivery company.
Good luck

I live in Greece and ordered loads of stuff from Mothercare in UK when I was pregnant. A 500 pound parcel went missing and trying to sort it out was a nightmare. You need to get hold of the parcel number and then track it if you can, I rang mothercare several time eventually got through to someone who actually cared enough to help me, the whole order had to be cancelled item by item, refunded ands then I had to re order everything. The original parcel was found in Germany!!! Get on the phone to them now, and ask for the tracking numbers, you can then go to Royal Mail website and see where they are for yourself.
Good luck

I am having the same problem with Jojomamanbebe. I ordered stuff at the beginning of December and I got an email saying it was dispatched on the 3rd. Still no sign of it arriving though. I have checked with the neighbours and the post office and no one has seen my package. I am a bit gutted as I had ordered stuff to wear to my Christmas do (which is tonight).
When I spoke to customer services they said they had to wait 10 working days before they report an order as missing, so I need to wait until the 17th until they will do anything about it. I think it is just the time of year, but I am really annoyed that I might not get my stuff in time for Christmas even though I ordered early.
