I can tell you by personal experience that you are under the control of depression. The chemicals in your body are out of whack, and you need the help of a competent physician.
They will prescribe an anti-depressant for you that, when its the correct one for your body, will turn this all around. Sometimes they will get the correct one right off the bat, and sometimes it will take 2 or 3 attempts.
Don't give up on yourself. Remember, it is a chemical imbalance, it is not your fault, but it is causing you to "punish" yourself out of frustration.
Once you have the correct medication (and you don't have to take it your whole life), you will notice that the world around you is a lot easier to live and function in. For me, it was like the sun came out on what had been a cloudy, rainy day.
Good luck to you.

TO start with be confident and it is important to understand that You are neither mad nor abnormal. But you need urgent counselling. You are only reacting more than what others also do but to a lesser extent . You need help, a few medicines will do wonders to your temperament and a bit of advice as to control your emotions would go a long way in providing a purposeful direction to your life.Don't feel ashamed /embarassed to go to a Psychiatrist as it is only going to harm your interests.Inthe US about two thirds of population go through a psychiatrist every year even for losing temper or at the slightest hint of disturbed behaviour. If you continue the same way emotional instability may turn out to be resistant and not amenable to advice or medication.Cheer up and best of luck! Write back as soon as you feel comfortable!

Relax, my friend, relax. You appear too much keyed up and stuck. Practise deep breathing for couple of minutes.Be calm and silent for few minutes two to three times a day when you are on a relatively empty stomach. In this state try not to have any thoughts or feelings.Be in an expectant mode but wait without any expectation ! (without any cuing in).Umpteen number of options and possibilities open up/flash to you. You will realise the vastness of this world and limitless freedom to be.That would give you confidence and ease. In that state you can experience things clearly, learn better, get new liveliness to your living!

You are not coping with the problems of study, only your body reads, mind goes somewhere else. This makes so frustrated that your mind, not you, starts doing transitional absurd activity. Its common in a teenager, I feel you belong to this group. I Leave speculating this or that about the reason. Go to a psychiatrist, its common problem now a days, and easily treatable.

You need to discuss it with your doctor at the earliest, that will be a very wise thing to do and even more wise actions will be to act on your doctors advise, you seem to be a very sensitive and intelligent person

fairly I even have 2 of them. a sister and brother and guy r they f****** stressful. they do each thing to harass me. purposely. interior the morning they shake me to get away from mattress, whilst i opt to be on my own they tell mom that i won't play with them, they make me play exterior with them whilst i don't opt to and so on. the only time that they don't annoy me is whilst they are sound asleep. now if that isn't stressful then i don't be attentive to what's.
