I believe dreams connect your spirit to the spiritual realm to some extent. That your spirit often leave your body, travels in the spiritual realm, and returns before you wake, or at other times in your sleep between dreams. The spiritual realm is invisible and silent. Your mind has to create images and sounds etc., to represent the energy, and spiritual connections you make. Some people connect with spirits of the dead in their dreams. We make a lot of spiritual connections with others during the day, we connect on two levels, in the material reality, and on the spiritual level. The energy we pick up from people and the environment spiritually, will have a strong affect on what happens in our dreams. Dreams are not easy to understand, neither is the spiritual realm.

I believe they can be a large part of our lives. I keep a journal next to my bed now that a friend got me a dreamers dictionary. It is interesting to read about what I have dreamed. Sometimes the dictionary hits it dead on as far as what is going on in my life, and sometimes it is just rubbish. Never the less I have enjoyed this gift and will continue to.

when we are awake, that is our conscience mind, when we sleep that is our unconscience mind. Another part of our life, no, not all of us can remember our dreams, although we always dream. Dreams are that of our subconscince mind, they way you want to intrepret it, is up to you
