Wash with soap and water. Antibacterial and a band-aid for a day or two.

If it is a stray, you *might* need to get a shot in case it has distemper, etc.

Wash your finger well with soap and water, then put some betadine or other disinfectant on it, then wrap it and press it well with a clean piece of cotton, until the blood stops. Then stop worrying. If you have a fever in the next days, you should get antibiotics, but 99.99% you will be fine.

Assuming it's an indoor cat, I wouldn't even worry about it. I've been bitten/scratched by my cat countless times to the point I have cuts on my arms (this is because he plays rough, he doesn't intentionally injure me ever. Only when I play with him.). Anti-bacterial, neospor, if you're that weary you can try those. But honestly, don't even worry about it. It's only 4 weeks old, couldn't have hurt that much.

If it's a deep cut, it can actually be VERY dangerous (as in you can lose a hand or die). Cat teeth act like little needles and inject you with all sorts of nasty bacteria. If it's not a deep cut, then everyone here is right, but if you see signs of infection, don't mess around and go to your doctor immediately.

put a band aid on it to stop the bleeding and some neosporyn or paroxide to clean it out and put the bandaid on and youll be fine and your cut will heal
