Who ever thought nascar would ever be this popular? I didn't but I'm glad it is.

Start watching football. I can't wait either but it's because I will be getting out of the cold northeast and heading to the Daytona 500 in Feb.

I am extremely bored on Sunday afternoons as well. I started watching Nascar back in the summer and now that it is over I wish it was back on. The only thing I can suggest is if you have taped any of the races, watch them, watch racing videos on youtube or just play the games and I hope that the season starts soon, I'm starting to lose myself and I am also running out of videos to watch

65 days and counting!

But I am not as bored as I have been in previous years, I was glad the season ended and can't wait til the next season starts up again, hopefully it will be more exciting. Got boring knowing who was gonna win it, the Truck Series was a lot more exciting not knowing who was gonna win the Championship until the last race

Anyways I got my Sirius Radio to keep me busy and I listen to NASCAR Radio, that helps with NASCAR withdrawls LOL

ok im SURE ill get bashed and told how im not a "real fan" for this but uhhhhh find a hobby, spend time with family or just get a life in general. Now the Nascar of the old days yea its worth getting worked up for but this "new" nascar...i could care less when it finally gets here in Feb. It almost not even real anymore. No wonder more and more women are getting into it - its just like a soap opera. This season darn near bored the crap outta me, im not taking that chance next year.

I've almost totally lost interest in NASCAR. NASCAR began losing me when all cars had to fit the same templates. No wonder they began putting headlight/taillight decals on the bodies so you could tell the cars apart. COT sucks. I don't like the "chase" either. Gordon ran his heart out to build a substantial lead in the points only to have it ripped away for the "chase" Then loses the chase. Had the old pouints system been kept Jeff would have won the championship. Is it any wonder I am beginning to hate NASCAR?

The countdown is at 66 days till Daytona 500.. You need to record some of your favorite races during the yr.. I've been watching football, and Ice Hockey.. Once Jan gets here you will be seeing and hearing a lot about the teams and their testing, etc.. I'm going to Daytona, I can't wait I wish it were this weekend...I'm so ready I have all my #88 gear...

Can't watch another WWF wrestling match or read another Jerry Bonkers column. He flip flops on Nascar subjects more than an " I Hop pancake cook flippin pancakes". And by the way, Ricky Cravens column sucks even more!!!

join the club. i use to watch football after the racing seasons but because i don't keep up with it i have lost interest. i know they don't want to do it, but maybe add a couple extra races or get rid of some of the holidays they don't race and turn them into races. of course i also tape the races because of my work schedule and i always end up missing the start of a race because i work at night and sleep until mid afternoon. so i have that option to keep me going. but i can go through 4 or 5 races on a day off.

I can't wait either , but it is nice to get a break from it. To enjoy Christmas and put up the tree and do other things on the weekend besides watching NASCAR.To help mom paint the house and get it done before NASCAR season starts. But I can't wait until David Reutimann gets his first win in the Sprint series.
