I can drink lots of Tia Maria, but red wine gets me blotto after half a glass.

As it's 7:30 am where I am and it's a bit early for the bar - but OK I'll go along, it's 12:30pm in the UK and the sun is over the yardarm. I think, because it's still early for me, I'll have a Hot Buttered Rum and take the rest of the day off.

A shot of Galliano, fill with coke, float cream on top. It's a Root Beer Float, thank you very much, or a cup of Hot cocoa with a shot a Amaretto, Chocolate covered cherry., good on a cold winter night.

IRISH CANADIAN
It could not get much simpler than this recipe, just a matter of having the spirits in stock. If you are a fan of whiskey this elegant cocktail will allow you to enjoy the malts in style.
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz Canadian whiskey
1 oz Irish Mist
PREPARATION:
Pour the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
Stir.
Strain into a cocktail glass.
