The answers I have received so far shows the misconception prevailing amongst "Christians".

The Son of God is Jesus Christ

The Son of Man is Imanuel

They are two different personalities, prophet Isaiah proclaimed the coming of The Son of Man-Imanuel, so also did Christ when realised that mankind did not completely accept His Word and prayed that the Lord may send another before the Last Judgement.

The angel proclaimed the coming of The Son of God-Jesus Christ.

The error crept in when those who wrote down their accounts included their own interpretation of the prophecy of Isaiah in relation with the proclaimation of the angel.

Remember that Christ said " I came from the Father and will return to the Father and become One with Him,you will not see me again but, when He the Spirit of Truth-The Son of Man cometh He will reproof the world of sin and bring the Judgement".
