Is there any programmes that could fix the Fish-Eye distortion into a picture which looks normal without that circular effect, while retaining its entire wide view image captured through it?

One solution involves plug-ins for Photoshop. Try here:

Does an excellent job. And they have a free trial so you can check it out to see how it will work on your images.

You usually loose some portions of the edges of the frame which is unavoidable in all these programs.
