It depends. If she wants to spend a lot of time with you - she probably likes you as more than a friend. If she says let's be friends, and doesn't really initiate hanging out or anything, she probably just wants to be friends.
I am not very aggresive in the dating department - sometimes it is easier to just treat the guy like a friend and be aggressive that way - (let's be BFF - not - let's go make out somewhere) if he is not making any moves and you have a crush on him.

Ask her straight up. If you want to stay in touch as a friend it is best to clear the air ASAP. Best to be honest but do it tactfully so you don't hurt her feelings or embarrass her.

it might mean that she want more. since u guys are close friends and she had called u sensitive names before than it might mean she want more. a big chance that she want to be more than firends is the girl has to take lots of guts to ask u to be her friend. that means a whole new level.

maybe she wants to be more. but if she already has a bff whose a girl then she may want more. cause whenever i tell a guy he's my bff i always end up having a crush on him :)
