Buy this stuff call FELIWAY an aromatic spray that calms cats. Like lavendar does to people! Spray in common areas the cat goes to bed, litter box cat carrier, to make him feel calm. Do this for a couple days or so. There should be some results.

No, the testicles are bumped off while a cat or canines are neutered/castrated. while a cat is neutered, often, the hair on the scrotum is shaved or plucked off, a small incision is made into each and each scrotum, the testicle is then pushed out by way of the incision and then gently pulled out, there is a few muscle/tendon that attracts out with it and seems style of like a thick string, the "string" is the two tied off with a desolvable suture cloth or some vets tie the "tendon" in a knot and the testicle is then bumped off. Then the relax "tendon" is placed lower back into the scrotal beginning up, some vets will placed a powder around the section to stay clear of bleeding despite the fact that there is particularly little bleeding first of all. There at the instant are not any sutures that would desire to be bumped off and often it heals with none issues. while you're asking this question because of the fact your cat replaced into neutered yet there remains something in that section which you think of is a testicle, you will desire to take it lower back to the vet, reason being is that if there's a bulge or something there that isn't good it would desire to show a topic and one in all them would desire to be there replaced into some bleeding that replaced into trapped in the scrotal section which needs to be addressed by utilising a vet to substantiate it has stopped bleeding and there isn't any an infection. often, if there's no longer too plenty incorrect or despite is erroneous is brought about because of the fact the technique did no longer flow as easily because it would desire to have, there is often no fee to you for the vet to do a persist with up.

The younger the cat is when you have it castrated, the more likely it is that it will be a "calm cat". It may be too late, the cat may just have that personality for good now.

My cat hasn't calmed down either. There is a calming spray you can buy to spray on your furniture and that seems to work at my house.

I know if I was him, I'd be pretty upset right now, and certainly be a little "not calm"

It depends on how long ago it's been. He'll eventually settle down.
