i feel soo cold all the time lately.. i know duh its winter.. but i used to love winter, and i never got so cold like this.. i used to be comfortable in a sweatshirt all winter, now when i go out in my winter jacket I'm still cold.. and it takes me forever to warm up again.. sometimes even in the house my shoulders will feel soo cold and my feet will be freezing even with shoes and socks on.. I'm usually the one to complain that I'm hot all the time, I'm usually happy if the heat is kept around 65-68 lately if its not on 70-72 or higher i feel like I'm freezing.. Could there be something wrong with me? maybe i need to take More vitamins or something?

There are several possibilities:
1. You are getting older
2. You are not getting enough exercise. Try an outdoor winter activity like tobogganing, or snow boarding, or jogging.
3. You could have a serious health problem. Get a medical checkup. It might be wise to do this first.

Have your thyroid checked if you are a woman over 50 it could be underactive and one of the symptoms is feeling very cold.
