You must trust the Holy Spirit and He will reveal the truth.
For your information "son of man" is a term that Jesus uses when referring to Himself.

As used in the Bible it means "myself". If Jesus says no one but the Son of Man, He's saying no one but me. "Son of man" meaning me / myself / I.

Well, according to the Bible, he was the son of God but he didn't want to run around telling people that, he wanted them to figure out who he was for themselves, so he referred to himself as the son of man.
As far as what to have faith in, if you believe in Jesus, that's what you have faith in. That simple. I have a feeling he wasn't too big on labels anyways.

Its kinda long but if you wana find the straight path take your tym to read..Pleeze!!
If your a person to take on any religion -for you want to know- you should go through the religious books but so far I've learnt the Christian and Catholics have "'versions" of their Holly Books so that means when ever they wana change or add something in the books they do.
So after the years of the Birth of Jesus the whole book has so far changed from what he did reveal to the people -and the 'fathers' in the church are teaching trinity but if you read through the bible ,that word is NOT mentioned once.If you look through the Muslims Holly Book '"The Quran" it is instead mentioned there!! -that we should tell the Christian not to give this message.And the Quran has only one version -The original one!!And the modern things that the scientist nowadays discovered was already mentioned in this 1000 somthin-year-old book,such as -ONLY pure mud can get rid of the bacterias from dogs!!! (wud you believe?!?)
So there you have, it but if you wana learn more about this wondrous religion you could do more research on you own and to learn more miracles from the Quran you could search at www.quranmiracles.com

In my opinion the son of man has a connection with Adam. Adam did not get to eat from the fruit of the tree of life because of what he did wrong. This wrong was meant to be fixed by one of his spiritual descendants. This wrong was fixed by Jesus by being the bread of life. So Jesus has the title son of man from whom he descended and son of god from who he was.

I go by the gospel preached by Paul.... Jesus died, was buried and arose on the third day.... my sins are paid for and covered by the shed blood of Jesus..... that is the gospel Paul directs us to have *faith* in...... go in peace...... God bless
