I know nothing about pressure ratios but this site has a table to put in your figure and convert it to various Kg pressures.
Hope it helps.

SORRY NOT QUITE SO TECHNICAL AS ABOVE TWO ANSWERS.

You are trying to convert incompatible units, one could say 6.895kN/m^2 = 703.1kgf/m^2, but to convert to just kg does not make sense.
Since newton is the force needed to accelerate 1kg at 1 m/s^2, dividing the number of newtons by the acceleration of gravity (9.907m/s^2) will give you kgf on earth, note that the "f" is needed to designate force, otherwise kg is a unit of mass

As said Tinkerta..., the units are not really compatible.
However, the pressure unit you have, i.e. force (kN) per surface (m^2), might be converted into a mass (kg) per surface. To do so, you would have to consider the acceleration due to gravity at the location of your considered system mass (usually taken as g = 9.81 m/s^2).
Therefore, your force per surface = mass times acceleration of gravity per surface (kN / m^2 = 1000 * kg * g / m^2).
Hope it helps.

one Newton is o.1kg

I do not know what you mean writing s.

When you find the relation between s and m^2 you have got it.
