Normal pupil size does vary from person to person.
Larger pupils tend to be more common with a light blue iris (which also makes them more obvious). If they are normally reactive, it means little, and the average size of pupils reduces with age (the iris gets stiffer).
If the pupils are truly large all the time, even in bright light, (or only react weakly) that indicates loss of function in the parasympathetic nerve system, which needs checking out.
Since it involves related nerves, the ability to refocus the eyes for reading would be of considerable interest, here.
Do? Get a professional assessment. It's not likely to be anything serious, but...
Wear sunglasses when it's bright enough to get away with it, if it bothers you, or practice the line "All the better to see you with"!
Miotic eye-drops to shrink the pupils are absolutely nowhere near a first choice option.

i have a problem of the same type. i always have red eyes, NOT because I do drugs, but for two reasons.
its hereditary, my mom is exactly the same.
i wear contacts, and i think sometimes they bug my eyes.
i really do feel for you..when i was in high school there was this kid who asked me EVERY DAY "are you high?"
uh duh, no i dont do drugs thank you very much. pot is dumb!

wear contacts (cosmetic ones that can change the size of your pupil) or lay off the acid ;)

maybe you have naturally large pupils. see an optician, they'll tell you.
