First of all, yes - sodomy is considered a violation of the UCMJ (Uniform Code of Military Justice), and you would likely get the person in question into significant trouble (possibly even kicked out) if you were to give those to the wrong person in the military.
However... I'd like to point out the moral problem with what you're proposing. If you are talking about outting a soldier - please keep in mind that soldiers risk their -lives- to protect the freedoms of people in our country - homosexuals are certainly not excluded. To try and imply that there is something "dirty" about a sexual act - and to jeopardize someone's career (and possibly more) by sending pictures to the military - you are stomping all over that protection of freedom.
Think long and hard about the potential consequences of your actions before you take them. This isn't like saying "he's gay" to a teacher about some kid at your school. Pictures of a soldier engaging in sodomy could end in that soldier losing their honorable discharge status, being evicted from the military, and being ostracized from their friends and family.

Ashley,
Have you ever engaged in sodomy? Sodomy is not just male on male sex. It is female on female oral sex. It is female oral sex on a male. It is male oral sex on a woman.
Who are you to be judge, jury and executioner? Just because you are taught in church that homosexuality is a sin, does not mean it does not exist. About 10% of America is homosexual according to most polls. Are you planning on outing them all? Why don't you grow up and let live and let live? This does not concern you at all. You have your own personal problems, why must you make other problems for other people. Your friend is a prevert for taking the pictures and an idiot for giving them to you.

If the pictures were taken before he was in the military, then nothing will happen. If they took place after he joined, he could face anything from jailtime to a Bad Conduct Discharge.

Why would you do such a thing? What possible benefit could you receive from having someone kicked out of the military just because of who he shares his bed with?
