I would recommend going to your Doctor & asking them if they feel your symtpoms are cause for concern.
What you are describing sounds like it could be symptomatic of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) You may want to do a search for IBS to bring up relevant symptoms, & if you find ones in comon with what you are experiencing, you may want to follow the advice in modifying your diet to exclude certain foods that could be causing your over-active bowel. There are other conditions that your Dr can discuss with you should your symtpoms persist or worsen.

No-one wants to have embarassing diarrhea or other bowel episodes. Especially when you are in public. You may find that taking an over the counter Anti-diarrheal product - loperamide tablets or liquid 2mg is very helpful for your symtpoms. Be very clear that if you are prone to any eating disorders, anorexia or bulemia, that taking these products is not advisable. I would definatley still make an appointment to see your Doctor as son as possible. Good luck!

Try Imodium AD caplets might have to take more than one for it to work but seems to be best over the counter.

You going that many times indicates you have a problem in your colon. You need to get checked out. Don't mean to scare you but you could by the off chance have Colon cancer which from what I have heard from friends who had it they never felt any pain. One reason it is often fatal because of no pain people don't think anything wrong until it is too late.

Good luck.

Kaopectate

Fiber supplements work for both constipation and diarrhea.

Fruit pectin is the main ingredient in stool thickeners.
There is a liquid one called Sure-Jel that you can get at any grocery store in the Jello aisle.
