hi i have a british passport but wasnt born in england and i want to travel to have my baby there so he would get the nationality when should i go and what should i do? should i get an appartment there ... plz help

It doesn't matter where you give birth the babies nationality will be the same. They changed the rules in 1983.

Paul C, and I, have already answered this question. Take advice, and have your baby in your own Country, we don't take kindly to "freeloaders", especially ones who think England has a "free" health service, yet doesn't rate capital letters!! Getting an education might help!!!!

Have the baby in your own country of birth, why are you so ashamed of your own country. Are you sure your not just coming here for free health care?
