What is the right thing to do?

My friend is inlove with a dance instructor. This guy also has a crush on her but too shy to say it, though he will do things that will make her notice him. But this friend of mine doesn't want to make the first move as to ask him out for a date.

Months pass but this guy is not making any concrete move at all--he is not asking her out--but deep down inside they know they like each other. He just look at her all the time.

She wants to avoid him by not attending his dance classes and see what he would do. Will he miss her or will he look for her. Is this the right thing to do to make him realize what is her worth? Or she just continue attending his classes and pretend that nothing is happening.

She is really confuse.

Your friend is absolutely right not to make the first move!! Since you say that months have passed and he has not asked her out, then tell your friend to forget him. He is not worth her time. The shyest guy on earth does not need months! She is kidding herself, if she thinks he will go looking for her. He won't even ask her out when she is right there in front of him. Is he married, or gay, or maybe just flirting to keep a customer? My advice is to ignore him completely. If she really wants to dance, continue classes and pretend she has no crush on him or even any interest in him. She could even find a new dance class. But tell her not to hold her breath until she hears from him! Sorry, I wish I had better news.

If I was in your place, I would arrange a group trip out. Like to the movies. Ask a bunch of friends to join you and invite them both. Give them the oppertunity to meet up outside the class, just don't make it obvious thats what your doing.

well this sure is a game, well this is not a movie so the guy could want more from her than just attending thr classes, how bout she talks to him and gives him hints or she should just ask if he will like to hang sometime. if they like each other they should quit playing games.

Missing class will give the wrong impression. It will make him think that she are not dedicated. Ask him to meet for coffee or to meet at the local health food bar for smoothies. Alone time will give him the opportunity to ask her out.
