Dinosaurs were estimated to live around 65 million years ago. God created the Earth in 6 days, according to the Bible. The Bible has no mention of dinosaurs, or of primitive human existence. How could God create the Earth in 6 days, create man on the 6th day, and there is no mention of dinosaurs? The Bible: fact, fiction, or primitive speculation? All answers welcome: Christians, please help to to understand. (No, this isn't a negative attack on Christianity).

You have to accept the fact that we are not able to understand everything about creation. It does not matter how old the Earth is scientifically or biblical .How do you know a "day" in the Bible is '24 hours' ?Gods ways are not mans ways. You have to let go ,you will never find a satisfactory answer.

let me take a stab at it. Human language changes all the time... Gay used to mean happy for example. Dinosaur could not be found in the dictionary till 1860s to 1880s( not sure on date right around there) there did used to be dragon back before dinosaur though. You know what dragon stood for.... Giant terrible lizard. hmmmm. hey know what else, dragon was in the bible. Just another animal that adam probobaly named.

fact. and thank you for your open mindedness. In fact, the Bible does mention a great sea serpent called Laviathan. other than that, it doesnt mention bears, or tigers, or antelope either but it does say "four legged creatures" email me if you want references. but think how long it would take if the Bible listed all the different kinds of aminals (intentional misspelling)... its easier to say "all the things that creeped upon the earth" dont you think? email me and i'll be happy to help any other way i can and get you references

Well you say that but anything that challenges them to actually think is an attack on their religion.
