Well I have to say the best saying I have ever come up with on this question is...
If you think sex is a pain it the A$S. You are doing it the WRONG way!
HAHAHA.
That being said. I am not a big fan of backdoor lovin. I kinda figure why? There is a perfect place for that one inch away!
But that being said. I have had several women that are way into it. The things that I have always found apply. LUBE! Take your time. Best bet is for YOU to be on top so you can control everything at first. That way you can stop or go as you need. After you are open (so to speak) then you can move around and get into it.

I've only done this twice. But it is really really good once your comfortable.
First you want to have a lubricant (KY or something). He is going to have to relax and stretch that area some using his finger for a while. You will first get a sensation like you have to go number 2. Weird I know. But it will go away.
It's a hot spot meaning you'll probably like it if you can get over the weirdness about it.
Once you think your area is relaxed and stretched enough then he can try. Start out easy. He will have to push some and it may hurt at the very beginning but once it is in, its all good from there.
Don't rush this. You could tear something. If your not married, use a condom because you will have a few little tears and if he has anything, you're most likely going to get it here.

My wife lets me do this from time to time as a special treat !!
All the advice above applies re lube and working the area first with fingers, but I would also add that alcohol helps relax the situation, and porn helps raise the excitement levels if you like that kind of thing.
You need to be relaxed, lubricated and turned on. If you're not all of those things, it may well hurt.

It is not a good practice. There is only one good way for sex. The back door meant for something else, you know better. Never try to do in the back door. Some times it may hurt and penetration in much difficult. There are no lubricating fluids in the back door.

we tried once...and i was in pain for like 15 minutes after...
we used plenty of lube but i think the main thing we did wrong was that we didnt spend enough time 'working' the area if you get me... *embarresed* : P
just make sure if you do that you both have good communication and set boundaries, like if you say no or stop that he will comply :)

make sure he uses a condom and lubrication that goes with them. eg, durex (condom) and durex play (lube). Also before having normal sex after anal make sure he washes his dick even if he uses a condom. This info is from a sexual health website can't remember but I read it once.
