Educated young men and women have started searching for the Truth and reading of the Bible has disappointed them for it is a bundle of unfounded imaginary stories. Faith can no longer be blind in this new age of IT. It has to be supported by science and experimentation. It may be abstract like theoretical physics but realistic like many of the Hindu beliefs.

Well, first of all everyone who claims to be a Christian isn't necessarily truly a born again believer. The Bible warns that in the last days there will be a falling away. 1Timothy 4:1 Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils

I'm afraid that is exactly what is happening. People will leave the truth for a lie, especially if they don't have the Lord Jesus as their Saviour and the Holy Spirit as their teacher/guide.

But there will still be some of us, who are born again Bible believing Christians.

Anyone who loses faith in the Bible are no longer a TRUE CHRISTIAN and does not deserve the title as one.

If indeed this is happening, lets examine the reasons why this could be....

1) Their faith has grown weak in anticipation or expectation for God moving in their life such as unanswered prayer(s)... and has given up waiting because they fail to understand that answered prayers from God hinge on two factors - The prayer was not in His will for that life (a total committed life to Him) -or- the prayer will be answered in His time, not theirs.

2) The soul has been decieved and led away to another more appealing false message that is comfortable and satisfies their flesh removing the "conviction" factor.

3) The soul has finally been defeated and lost the battle of spiritual warfare where Satan has won -or- Satan has caused them to stumble and backslide...

There are many others, which could be subcatagorized under these main 3 reasons.

Maybe they are starting to realise that their Bible may not be the one true Bible out of the more than 50 other Bibles that profess to be true Bibles ,when there can only be one true Bible!!! But i doubt it. No Christian likes to admit being wrong.! If i had to choose a Bible out of the other 50 i would not have faith in one to start with. Besides, i know how God wants me to live my life. You don't need a Bible to tell you that.

You should know by now that on here you have to provide proof of any claims that you make. Just saying it doesn't prove anything. I could ask why are large numbers of atheists finding faith in the Bible? without proof who is going to believe me? Show me your proof then we will talk.

I would not say they are losing faith in the Bible totally, but realizing they want a greater experience with God , that is not always easy to find in or out of the Bible. And if they are diligent they will find it...
