its not a dilemma. its simply an option and others should keep their busybody noses out of the whole issue if they are going to pull the religion/guilt card.

It actually isn't a dilemma.
The facts it was a manufactured issue in response to the sexual revolution of the 60s.
Here are the facts.
Abortion is not murder.
How do we know this?
We know this by reading what the Bible really says
Fact 1 There is no mention of the Bible being against abortion even though types of abortion existed well before the Bible was written
Fact 2 A women's right is greater than that of a fetus. This means they are not equal in rights. Exodus 21:22 Clearly states this. A forced miscarriage results in a fine while the same circumstances would carry the death penalty for the perpetrator.
Fact 3 Almost all religions and cultures celebrate the moment of birth, Many including Christianity celebrate this day year after year.It is called a birthday. The reason why it is and has always been important is that is the day that we are recognized as gaining our Independence from the host mother and we become an entity unto ourselves.IE a person

The dilemma is because there are some people who feel you are murdering an innocent being, while some people feel that abortions are done before the embryo is an actual "human being" at all, and therefore there's no murder taking place.
It reminds me of an interesting case I heard one time, where a woman was on the way to get an abortion, but she was in a car accident and lost the baby- she then took the guy to court and he was sued for millions of dollars for "killing her unborn child" even though she was on her way to the clinic anyway.
This world, it seems, is upside down and backwards most of the time. But it's the only one we've got.

Personaly I think it is just plain wrong. As a man I am severly offended when I am told that I have no choice in the matter if the woman wants to abort our child. On the flip side if I did not want the child I still have no choice if the woman decides to have the child, and I still have to support it. By the way I don't have children but if I did I would def support them.
ANd I don't understand how if ABORTION is LEGAL and ABORTION is not considered MURDER then how can the federal and state goverments prosecute someone for MURDER of unborn children??????? And that happens on reg basis, which I think the person should be prosecuted if he/she harms or kilss a pregnant woman and her UNBORN CHILD. That seems pretty oxymoronic to me!!

The fundamental question regarding abortion is -- when does life begin> Catholics and fundamentalists believe it happens at conception. If you believe this -- then abortion is murder.
Others believe that life happens at some other point -- like when the fetus becomes viable. For them, removing a fetus is no different than removing a tumor.
I have a solution -- but no one seems to want to listen. The solution to the abortion problem is not legislation -- but education. And I don't mean education about when life begins -- I mean education on how not to get pregnant. Birth control must be taught, available and understood.

in my opinion, her first priority is to the two babies that are already born, and right here. she will the two depart 3 babies motherless, or she will decide for to have an abortion and nonetheless be around to preserve the babies she already has. the government should not be a factor of this decision in any respect. Its a incredibly own one. Whichever decision she made, most of the contributors of our church may be there to help her and her family members, through fact the two way -- its not an elementary place to be in. i'm specific there may be the few who does not be thrilled if she chosen to have an abortion, yet maximum persons persons may be there for her. that is basically considered one of those those that pass to my church.

Abortion isn't a dilemma to me. The answer is obvious to me.The mother should have their say no matter what until the baby is born. To listen to those hypocrites in Washington DC is like watching all those pedophile ministers preach to God while their hands are in the pants of the alter boys. Is it a crime to murder an animal if it poses harm to you? Of course not. Fetuses can be molded into different animals by altering their DNA. If their DNA was altered enough, the fetus would become a cow. Until that fetus has developed into a baby, it should be considered an animal. Forcing women to carry around all that extra weight is ridiculous. Even when they give birth, the child is put up for adoption, then the Washington pro-life politicians are quick to dismiss them. Just take a look at the proposed Child care plans.
There's an interesting quote I found a few days back reflecting the hypocritical manner some of our politicians hold. "Pro War is not Pro Life."

A dilemma (Greek δί-λημμα "double proposition") is a problem offering two solutions or possibilities, of which neither is acceptable. The two options are often described as the horns of a dilemma, neither of which is comfortable.

Some say it's right and some say it's wrong=dilemma. See all the bickering, desired changes, etc. over it. So yes, people have tried and are trying, to solve it.

I think it is not a dilemma because if you got pregnant but cannot look after the child but do not trust no one else to then sure. Apparently its against religious beliefs.

Ponder the following:
The sadness about abortion is that it usually occurs with the young woman that isn't mature enough to understand the situation.
Most of the time when the latter sad event occurs the women when she becomes older and more mature will never forgive herself.
I remember reading an article where a women prayed while crying everyday in front of a church statue of the Mother Mary.
A passer-by would walk the same route everyday to work and noticed this extremely sad women.
One day he confronted a priest near the Catholic church and asked him why is this women here everyday crying/praying in front of the statue of Mary?
The priest replied, She is Roe from the "Roe vs Wade" trial during the 70s...
