Do you "cop out" and say, "well, that's impossible", or "that's not how it is, so this question is pointless." ?

In other words, if your good book doesn't have a good response, do you feel the question is unworthy of an answer?

That depends on the question really, if you think about it logically. Not all questions have answers, not all answers create questions.

No...
Should I drink soda? The Bible does not have an answer to that – YET I use logic to interpret it is ok for my organism.
(Well, some would argue its health benefits, I feel drinking it is fine.)

why don't you ask one of these questions instead of trying to start an argument.? Can you , in your infinite wisdom even think of such a question or are you , as many other antagonists just blowing off at the mouth? Here is an example of your (hypothetical (based primarily on surmise rather than adequate evidence) Do you think God created Atheists just for someone to laugh at? Perhaps you would be much better off going back to asking how to enlarge your small penis?

You mean like the phenomenal, totally logical, not-childish-at-all question "Can God create a rock so big He can't move it?" thing?

Atheists cop out all the time too. Just look on some posts on this very site that have questions toward atheists. The majority of atheists respond with the exact answers you criticize Christians for.

Can you provide an example question? I really havnt faced a question that couldnt be answered.

Let us reverse that to the point where a question can be answered by the bible but the athiest will say, "Thats impossible or thats not how it is.

You're right. If they can't answer it with scripture, then it isn't worth answering at all--at least from their narrow world view. Christians don't want to accept that their Bible really can't answer all questions. Sometimes you have to go into science, anthropology, history and good old-fashioned common sense--and that's not something they want to do for some reason.

No. Given your scenario, I'd just answer "I don't know." I am only human, and fallible. I can't be expected to know everything - only God does. If possible, I'd try to refer the asker to someone more knowledgeable than myself. Not knowing the answer to a question doesn't invalidate my faith.

All questions asked of me honestly and respectfully will receive the best answer I can provide.

I admire your persistence my friend. They aren't going to give you a decent answer here. They'll say that the bible answers everything, but their bottom line of saying that everything can be answered from the bible falls short when they are presented with unanswerable questions , and they'll say stuff like ...the bible does answer that...or...that is impossible so it isn't necessary to answer it....stuff like that.

You have to hand it to them, they do defend their nonsense tooth and nail, no matter how preposterous it is.

They're are no what if's when it comes to truth , it either is truth or it is not.....
Every question deserves an honest forthright answere...
But I have noticed when this 'scenario' is reversed we too get thumbs down , insults, and mocking but no real answeres....
If you have a legit sound question I say ...Bring it :)
Isn't that what all people should do ......

No. The Bible has ALL the answers one needs to
know. If it is not in the Bible it is because we were
not meant to know it or it has little signifigance and was therefore left out. The Bible was given
to show us who God is, Jesus is, The Holy Spirit,Salvation, Heaven, Hell, How to live life,Prophecies, the end times etc... Anythng eles in my opion is of little signifigance.

God Bless you.

I'm not insulting the christians. It's not their fault. They have not been taught reasoning skills. Reasoning skills and doctrine seem to be enemies. For it you were to reason something yourself instead of just accepting it at face value, or because god said so, you would have a new person and they know it. The ones who can reason it, don't. Most can't and don't . Doctrine says don't reason it, just accept it. See the conflict. When I finally allowed full reasoning skills on my doctrine, everything changed. They are afraid theirs will change, too.
