woman's daily
hydroxycut

....is this physically good for me or is it just feeding my emotions?

The hydroxycut can cause adrenal failure which leads to Addison's Disease. It also leads to hypothyroidism. Please stop taking it. There are several versions of it which have been taken off the market and caused deaths from adrenal shutdown and shock. The manufacturers then make a new version and call it by a new name and get their bucks before that one gets shut down. Bad, bad, bad stuff.

As for the rest, I don't think that's too many vitamins at all. You've got your bases covered there very well, and since our food is genetically engineered now so that it doesn't contain nearly the vitamins, minerals, and amino acids that we really need, what you're taking is a great replacement for that. If you want to know if it's really helping you, go off them for a week or two and see how you feel.

All these things are good for energy. Are you low on energy? If your energy is good you probably don't need to take these things all the time.

Although I don't know anything about aqai.

Eliminate the hydroxycut in my opinion. That stuff is hard on your system.

You can get too much of some of these vitamins and they can build up a toxicity in your system. Check to see if you got some of the symptoms of taking too much.

See an ND, they know their vitamins and can check things out for you personally.

Anything over 100% of the daily need is a waste. Your body only accepts 100%, so when you take a 1100% of your daily need your body will expell 1000%.Look for one vitamin that is balanced. And stop using hydroxycut its bad for you.

I think you may be taking too many vitamins.. If you are taking a daily vitamin then there's no need to "overdose" on all the rest... You are basically wasting all the vitamins/minerals since anything extra you tend to pee out of your system and some vitamins in large doses are harmful... I would check with your doctor and see what he/she suggests you take to stay healthy..
