What does it mean when you lock eye contact with a certain guy for a few seconds across the room? He and I always glance at each other and we both used to look away but now I find it hard to turn away and he seems to look at me longer also. I can sense when he is near, like I just have a feeling that I need to look in a certain direction and he happens to either appear at that moment or is already there. I get nervous and find it diffcult to talk when he is around. And I haven't felt that way since I was like 11! My face feels hot when he appears out of no where and I become more aware of the way I'm standing/breathing, etc.
He also talks louder when he notices I'm near and suddenly stands up straighter and looks directly at me and doesn't pay attention to anyone else

It's either infatuation or you guys have somethin going! I've had a boyfriend for 3 years now, we're on our way to marriage God willing, and it started just like that! He was tyring to "play it cool" so he wouldn't really do anything noticeable, but we would lock eye contact until we couldn't turn our heads any further.

Wow! Sounds like great chemistry to me. Dont you love it when someone gets you totally kooky. That feeling doesnt come around every day. My advice... definately find out more about this man. That is a special feeling, and cannot be ignored! Break the ice and ask him if he "has a name". Good luck.

LOL there is only one thing about it you 2 like each other thats it. Don't get nervous when he is there just act normally if you know you like him give him a sign that you like him he will come up to you and talk to you or just simple open a conversation with him about the class or the assignments then after that things will happen. :) you like him don't you? lol

It means you both know you are in the room. Go talk to the guy if you are interested and find out yourself if it is just him looking at you because you are looking at him, or if there is an interest. and on the f word thing & louder voice - think you are reading a bit too much into that - you are just overly aware of the guy because you are interested in him.

he likes you and you obviously have a thing for him...he notices you looking at him and is trying to give off the whole alpha male deal when he is talking louder...just ask him what hes doing this weekend itll be that easy to get a date with this guy if thats what you want

I would say that you should write your number on a small card and drop it to him. When you do, smile and tell him to call you. If he doesn't respond by trying to catch you at that moment or doesn't call you in the next few days, he is a moron and couldn't tell that a woman likes him at all.

well... youre obviously intersted in each other, and it seems like you both shy...
so, go through the steps pf getting ready to talk to him and when you start to feel nervous go back down to the step that doesnt make you feel nervous.
it called systematic desensitization.
then whe youre ready all you need is a simple "hi" and hes youres:)

u need to spend more time around this guy. not like just you and him but just try to talk to him more. say hey to him every time you see him. and when ur eys meet, just give him a nice warm smile. if things build up, theres something between u guys.
