I have LOST season one on DVD but I want to save the episodes on my hard drive as well. How do I do this?

You would need a program to decrypt the DVD (The makers of the DVD do not want you to be able to do this). The program I use is DVDFab Platinum. They do update often (to keep up with Hollywoods encryption). This program does have a 30 day free trial of their full program. Less than $50.00 US if you wish to continue with the program. I back up all my movies (new releases also)

You will want to "rip" the DVDs into a movie file format. There are a bunch of programs out there, but you can try Handbrake, which is free
